Nicole Hoffmann!

Nicole specializes in art therapy, using a person-centered approach. She also has experience with cognitive behavioral therapy and Gestalt therapy. Nicole has a passion for helping people use counseling and art therapy to express things they can’t express otherwise. Nicole is a provisionally licensed mental health practitioner and provisionally licensed art therapist.

Through integrative methods, art therapy engages the mind, body, and spirit in ways that are distinct from verbal articulation alone. 


Kinesthetic, sensory, perceptual, and symbolic opportunities invite alternative modes of receptive and expressive communication, which can circumvent the limitations of language.

What to Expect

The art therapy group will be an open studio model meaning that you bring your preferred art materials, we will bring the topic, group camaraderie and therapeutic safety. During the groups, we will make art together while we process: adult issues, mental health, recovery from addiction, trauma processing, healthy relationships and more.
