Office Safety Precautions in Effect During the COVID-19 Pandemic
Prior to attending face to face activities with Creative Counseling and Studio, all clients and
visitors will be pre-screened for COVID-19.
- Office seating in the waiting room and in therapy rooms has been arranged for appropriate physical distancing.
- All staff wear masks while on the premises.
- All clients on the premises wear masks.
- All persons on the premises are maintaining safe social distance within reason.
- Restroom soap dispensers are maintained, and everyone is encouraged to wash their hands.
- Hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol is available in the waiting area, hallway and therapy rooms.
- All clients are required to wait in their cars or outside until no earlier than 5 minutes before their appointment times.
- All clients will have their temperature checked and provided a pre-screened sticker prior to entering the premises.
- Art materials, therapy toys, credit card pads, pens, couches, chairs and other areas that are commonly touched are thoroughly sanitized after each use.
- Physical contact is not permitted.
- Tissues and trash bins are easily accessed. Trash is disposed of on a frequent basis.
- Common areas are thoroughly disinfected at the end of each day.
