Nicole specializes with adults struggling with grief, loss, anxiety and depression. She also specializes in working with families living in rural communities.

Art Therapist & Mental Health Counselor

Nicole is a provisionally licensed mental health practitioner and provisionally licensed art therapist. She obtained a Master of Science in Art Therapy from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida.


Nicole has worked extensively with the elderly population, including those who have Alzheimer’s, dementia, Parkinson’s, and other neurodegenerative ailments. She has also worked with adults, teens and children who have experienced depression, anxiety, and grief and loss.


Nicole specializes in art therapy, using a person-centered approach. She also has experience with cognitive behavioral therapy and Gestalt therapy.


Nicole has a passion for helping people use counseling and art therapy to express things they can’t express otherwise. She offers telehealth counseling and is looking forward to working with you!

Nicole is a native of the Nebraska Sandhills and grew up on a cattle ranch. In her spare time, she enjoys painting, traveling, reading, cooking, practicing yoga and spending time with family and friends. She is also an avid sports enthusiast, and enjoys watching football, basketball, volleyball and baseball.
